The group was incorporated over 20 years ago and currently has interests in a variety of business areas ranging from Steel Manufacturing to Agrochemical Trading to Coffee processing to Motor Spares Trading. We believe that all our staff should be able to work in a comfortable and relaxed environment – which in turn provides the best services for our customers. All key aspects of the group are managed carefully and professionally – be it on client based roles; group financials; or product development.

We regularly hold conferences for all our staff which act as opportunities for all figures in the organization to interact with each other in an informal manner.

Our team is run by experienced professionals who have vast knowledge in sales and technical knowledge of our products who help to educate and advise the farmers on better farming practices. Our field team, under the guidance of our chief agronomist is attached to each branch, making it possible to attend to farmers in interior places at regular intervals to cater their needs and extend our support to get better yields.

We recently held our Annual General Meeting in Dar Es Salaam which was attended by all key staff. This involved discussions regarding product development; team building excercises; financial management presentations and a variety of informal get togethers.
